Our Process

A Confidential and Collaborative Journey

Selling your business is a significant decision, and our goal is to make the process as clear, confidential, and straightforward as possible. We work alongside you every step of the way to ensure a seamless and positive transition.

Here is an overview of our acquisition journey:

Step 1: Initial Confidential Discussion

This is a no-obligation first step to get to know each other. We'll listen to your story, understand what you've built, and learn about your vision for the future. You'll have the opportunity to ask us any questions about our experience, our values, and our partnership with Vpeg. All information shared is held in the strictest confidence.

Step 2: Preliminary Valuation & Offer

If we both agree to move forward, we will conduct a preliminary assessment of your business. This involves reviewing key financial information and discussing the potential value. Based on this, we will present a non-binding offer that reflects the true value of your firm and its legacy.

Step 3: Due Diligence

Once a preliminary agreement is in place, we will begin the due diligence phase. Our team, working discreetly with yours, will review financial, legal, and operational aspects of the business. We strive to make this process as efficient and non-disruptive as possible, respecting your time and the privacy of your business.

Step 4: Definitive Agreements & Signing

Following the successful completion of due diligence, our legal and financial teams will work with your advisors to draft the definitive acquisition agreement. We aim for a clear and fair contract that reflects the terms we've agreed upon.

Step 5: Completion and Transition

This is the final step where ownership is officially transferred. Our focus immediately shifts to a smooth transition. We'll work with you to communicate the change to employees, customers, and suppliers, ensuring that the legacy you’ve built continues to thrive under new stewardship. Our commitment to your business doesn't end at signing—it's just the beginning.
